At session of the Government took action to ensure the fulfilment of the revolutionary law No. 1817 on improvement of urban development activities. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister – Minister of regional development, construction, housing and utilities Gennady Zubko. "So, by Law No. 1817, we have canceled such authorization documents as the Declaration of the beginning of preparatory works for construction. Instead, it created a procedure for the start of construction for notification, which does not allow officials to deny the developer, and which will now be carried out via e-service", - said Gennady Zubko. Gennady Zubko noted that another government decision amends a number of legal, replacing the category of complexity of construction on the class of consequences. "Law No. 1817 we abolished the category of complexity of construction. From 10 June 2017 such a thing as "complexity" will be exclusively from the legislation. Licences are required for objects that the class implications are for objects with medium and significant impacts. We are introducing a European approach to licensing and the negotiation procedures in construction. So we create fair and transparent conditions for conducting town-planning activity", - said Gennady Zubko.
