The judge of the court of appeal of Volyn region convicted of the offence of corruption
the Prosecutor's office agreed compiled by workers of Department of protection of the economy in the field of Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine a Protocol on committing an administrative offense, et’knitted with corruption under part 2 of article 172-6 of the code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (violation of financial control requirements) a judge of the court of appeal of Volyn region. The judge, in violation of the terms stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption," fail to notify the National Agency for prevention of corruption about significant changes in property status. 29 may 2017, the Protocol declared to be the judges and will be sent to court which will make a final decision on the case.
