With the assistance of the Prosecutor's office reduced utility fee for maintenance of the hostel in Rivne
In the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings initiated under part 1 of article 367 of UK of Ukraine (office negligence), Rivne local Prosecutor's office checked the validity of formation of tariffs for services in content of houses and constructions and house adjoining territories for hostel residents on the street of the Heavenly Hundred, 6A in Rivne. As a result, by the intervention of the local Prosecutor's office Rivne 34 families living in the dormitory, in may this year, began to pay for the maintenance of houses and house adjoining territories at a significantly lower rate. It turned out that despite the poor state of the dormitories, in February 2017 for the residents of the house was installed the rate of 7.23 UAH per square meter, which is one of the highest rates in the city. According to residents of the hostel, despite repeated requests, no repairs of the building were not carried out, however, utility payments regularly paid. Thanks to public Prosecutor's intervention HCS "solar" revised costs for the maintenance of the house and price reduced from 7.23 to 4.20 UAH UAH for square meter of total area of residential premises. Pre-judicial investigation on these criminal proceedings are ongoing. The rule of law in the formation of tariffs is under control of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office.
