In the Rovno area exposed and liquidated the channel of delivery to Ukraine pseudoefedrina substances
For the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region field investigators of Management of security Service of Ukraine in Rivne region exposed illegal activities of a group of individuals who have established a smuggling from the Republic of Poland on the territory of our state pseudoefedrina of tablets and their further sale. Pre-trial investigation has been started by the investigation Department of the security Service in Rivne oblast according to articles 305 (smuggling of precursors) and 311 of the criminal code of Ukraine (illegal transportation and sale of precursors). On the basis of the collected evidence established that two residents of Volyn region were transported pseudoephedrine pills in large quantities from abroad for sale to manufacture in clandestine laboratories psychotropic substance - methamphetamine, which later was implemented. Detained traffickers by law enforcement agencies on the night of 30 to 31 may 2017 at the crossing point "uhryniv" Lviv customs during attempts to smuggle through the customs border of Ukraine almost 3,000 pseudoefedrina pills, which they concealed in technological cavities of the car, which was moving. Men reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense. At the initiative of the Prosecutor's office June 2, 2017 Rivne city court sentenced the suspects a preventive measure – detention.
