Volyn: over the Prosecutor's intervention, the contractor has performed paid from the state budget works on construction of kindergarten in the village Serikovich on Starovilen
Thanks to the principled position of the Prosecutor's office of Volyn contractor fulfilled the conditions of the contract on purchase of works for public funds and carried out works on construction of preschool educational institution for a total amount of 1,6 million UAH. It is established that private enterprise – the winner of the tender for execution of works on reconstruction of the building of the boarding school I-III stages under the pre-school in the village Terehovich Starovyzhivske district, despite the fact that under the contract have not been fulfilled, filed in the capital construction Department of Volyn regional state administration false documents and received the budget for their implementation. On the fact of forgery Kovalskoy local Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings in the future before it's revealed a lawsuit against the company on the mandatory's obligations to perform under the contract in the amount of 1.6 mln. The definition of economic court of Volyn region the proceedings terminated in connection’connection with voluntary execution of the private enterprise requirements of the Prosecutor.
