Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office approved and submitted to the court indictment in criminal proceedings on the committed 47-year-old resident of the village of novosilky of robbery with penetration into a premise of shop in Volodymyr-Volynskyi. In the evening of 22 April 2017 armed with a pneumatic pistol "UMAREX" drunk man through an unlocked door, entered the premises of the convenience store “Elf 1” that the street Kovel in the princely town, and, pointing the gun at the seller and, threatening with murder, demanded to give him all the proceeds. Arrested the attacker directly into the scene. Now a man who sincerely repented of their deeds, accused of committing criminal offenses under part 3 of article 187 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
