Representatives of the trade Union Committee of the enterprise “Lutsk enterprise of elektrotransport” appealed to the city Council with a demand to dismiss the Director Igor Gritsyuk
To the Secretary of Lutsk city Council, acting mayor Igor Polishchuk asked the representatives of the trade Union Committee of Primary trade Union organization of the Free trade Union of railway workers of Ukraine, enterprise “Lutsk enterprise of elektrotransport” demanding the immediate release of Igor Gritsyuk from the post of Director of the Lutsk enterprise of elektrotransport. “During its work, the Director of KP “Lutsk enterprise of elektrotransport” Gritsuk I. V. all their actions proved that it is not able to take his position. The number of trolleys at a company for time management Gritsyuk I. V. is constantly decreasing, their technical condition is deteriorating, which consequently affects the safety of passengers. Trips abroad for purchase of used trolleybuses of result has not brought. In addition, over the arrogant and dismissive attitude, threats, and constant unfounded pressure on employees, as well as illegal dismissal of trade unionist and Chairman of the strike Committee of the enterprise of Cherchyk A. D., the Director has completely lost the trust of the team. Today on KP “Lutsk enterprise of elektrotransport” through mass layoffs significantly noticeable lack of personnel specialists in various service units, which also affects the safety of traffic in the city and the organization of the enterprise as a whole. Violation the Director of the collective labour contract, the delay and the lack of increase of wages, provided that the Ministry of social policy and the Ministry of infrastructure, the failure of funds to the pension Fund. All these and other factors are forcing us to turn to You with a request to terminate the contract between the city Council and Gritsyuk, Igor Viktorovich (legal basis: article 33 of the law of Ukraine “On trade unions, their rights and guarantees of their activity”). To determine the date of an open competition for the appointment of the Director KP “Lutsk enterprise of elektrotransport” and to consider the collective opinion in his appointment”, - the statement says.
