Vice President - chief of staff of the Ternopol regional state administration Igor Vons checked the operation of the apparatus Podgaetskii RGA. Specially for study of this issue was created by the working group. In particular, the working group was to find out the observance of the basic tenets in the activities of the state administration that influence the effectiveness and efficiency of work and also to check the status of the work of the district administration, the work of the consultative and Advisory bodies under the Deputy heads of administration and their interaction with local authorities. In fact, the list of questions to explore activities Podgaetskii RGA consisted of 12 items. Among them is the planning of the district administration; the practice of preparing and conducting meetings of the Association; consideration of issues of work with personnel in RSA; list of issues in implementation of control; verification of documents; work with citizens; the status of normative-legal support of activities of the WGA; the status of the prevention and detection of corruption; mobilization training and mobilization readiness levels; and status of organization of work on conducting of the State register of voters. The study of the operation of the apparatus Podgaetskii RGA was conducted in the scope of tasks of structural subdivisions of the apparatus.
