In the Ternopil region on the results of the competitive selection for the funds DFRR funded 23 projects

The project selection process occurred at two levels: in the Ternopil regional state administration, the seat of specially created regional Commission and the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine. According to the Director of the Department of economic development and trade of the Ternopil regional state administration Galina Volenik, from among the projects submitted on competitive selection, the Ministry of regional development was set some priorities. In particular, at least 10% of the funds DRR should be focused on energy efficiency of state and municipal educational and healthcare institutions. Another 10% should be aimed at the development of sports infrastructure and 10% is provided on the establishment and functioning of centers providing administrative services, including unified territorial communities. "Preliminary passed the competitive selection 23 of 58 proposed by the applicants according to quotas projects in the amount of 78.9 million UAH. of which 55,885 million UAH. – means DFRR and 23,076 million UAH. – means of local budgets. At the same time, three projects whose implementation started in 2016, agreed by the Commission for evaluation and selection of investment programs and projects of regional development. These projects can be implemented at the expense of DFR and already submitted to the draft order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, without evaluation. While at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers has already adopted government decision on the financing of the moving objects. Such projects include: reconstruction of hostel Chortkiv medical College, completion of the construction of a school in the village Horyhliady of the Monastery area and garden in S. Wall, Buchach district," – said Galina Volanic. As for the directions of financing, the most selected projects aimed at energy efficiency in state and municipal educational institutions in the field of education. Such projects – 12. Their value is 25.03 million UAH. of which 17.59 million UAH. – this means DRR and 7.4 million UAH. – means of local budgets. In the medical field have chosen 6 projects in the amount of 21.43 million UAH. of these, 17.15 million UAH. – means DFRR and 4.28 million UAH. – means of local budgets. Among the projects of implementation of energy saving measures in 4 tertiary level medical services to all residents of the region: "Ternopil regional tuberculosis dispensary", "the Ternopil oblast narcological dispensary", the establishment of the first hospice, "Bilche-Zolotinka regional physiotherapeutic hospital". In addition, provides for the implementation of energy saving measures in rural health posts and dispensaries. Its implementation will cost 2.85 million UAH. which 2,57 mln. – means DFRR and 0,285 million UAH. – means of local budgets. Towards the development of sports infrastructure selected 4 project in the amount of 29.6 million UAH. of which co-financing from local budgets is 37%. Among the agreed projects – "Water arena Ternopil", the construction of the first in the field of indoor sports hall, construction site and installation of artificial coating roll and the reconstruction of the school Playground.
