In Vinnytsia oblast for the murder of the watchman Ladyzhyn College of criminal sentenced to 9 years
Ladyzhyn Department Bershadskii the local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution against the 23-year-old resident of Krivoy Rog, which took the life of a porter Ladyzhyn College of Vinnytsia national agrarian University. Pre-trial investigation established that on 3 March 2017, while in a state of alcoholic SP's intoxication, the defendant intentionally inflicted numerous blows to the clipboard lady who forbade him to leave the hostel, causing her grievous bodily harm, from which later came the death of the victim. Thanks to the principled position of the public Prosecutor Bershadskii the local Prosecutor's office and collected during pre-judicial investigation of evidence during the trial, the accused fully admitted his guilt in the crime and did not dispute the factual circumstances of a criminal offense. Sentence Ladyzhyn city court, said citizen convicted of premeditated grievous bodily harm that caused the death of the victim, that is, in the Commission of a serious crime under part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine and appointed punishment for the committed – in the form of 9 years of imprisonment.
