The Chernigov delegation in Tarnobrzeg agreed on the involvement of Polish teachers in our schools
1 - June 4 delegation of the city of Chernihiv was on a visit in the Polish city of Tarnobrzeg partner. Chernigov was invited to participate in the celebrations of the city Day. Represented the Chernihiv Basil Blogora – head of the Department of education, Elena Redcity – head of Department of addresses of citizens and Elena Scorcho – Director of comprehensive school of I-III stages No. 30. In addition to the official representatives of the community of Tarnobrzeg was invited to participate in the celebration of participants of children's creative folk groups. The delegation of Poland went to the folk dance group "vesnianka" school ¹ 31 under the direction of Galina Isupova, a young singer Anastasia of Chernigov, Popenko, Amalia Petrushina and Love Doproc who sang Ukrainian songs. During the visit also discussed a number of important issues concerning the cooperation of the partner cities in the sphere of education and communication between the government and the bulk of the city. Among them: start of teaching in schools of the city of Chernihiv of the Polish language, including with the involvement of Polish teachers. Basil Blogora and Elena Skorka suggested to start cooperation in this direction with the comprehensive school I-III stages No. 30. Young Chernigov took part in the parade of creative teams on the occasion of the Day of the city of Tarnobrzeg, where he performed Ukrainian folk and modern songs, showing the presence of representatives of the Polish youth with a high level of skill. Especially liked the Polish side, the execution of the hopak of the young dancers, they gave a standing ovation. President Grzegorz Kalb expressed his personal gratitude of the Chernigov children and presented a commemorative diploma, Souvenirs and gifts. In the framework of the visit the representatives of Chernihiv acquainted with the history of the town of Tarnobrzeg, visited the Palace Museum Tarnowski family, made a tour in the ancient Polish city of Sandomierz. It is important to note that the city of Tarnobrzeg was founded by the Tarnowski family and named in their honor. An important outcome of this visit was the meeting with the city authorities regarding the implementation of joint projects between the partner cities with the financial support of the European Union and attracting international technical assistance. In the coming days in the Chernigov city Council is scheduled to meet with members of the Chernigov delegation in the city of Tarnobrzeg, on which journalists will be invited.
