In the Ternopil region more than 50 enterprises working in the field of hazardous waste treatment,deprived of licenses
To prevent violations of legislation in the sphere of hazardous waste management to the regional and city administrations received a letter from the Ministry of environment from 24.05.2017 No. 5/3-7/4149-17 containing a list of licensees.pdf, in respect of whom a decision on cancellation of licenses in the period 2016-2017. According to this list throughout the Ukraine licenses have lost more than 50 enterprises and limited liability companies engaged in gathering, transporting, storing and processing hazardous waste. This list is brought to the attention of the economic entities of the region with the purpose of preventing unlicensed activity in the field of hazardous waste management.
