the Decision of Zakarpattya region Economic court satisfied claims of Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office and recognized prisoners of the agreements on share participation (contribution) of the customer in creating the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the villages Ivanovets'ke village Council between for the sum more than 40 thousand UAH, and more than 100 thousand UAH. A similar decision was made when the lawsuit was filed on behalf of the Mukachevo city Council in the amount of 82 thousand UAH. Grounds for appeal to the court was that the societies of the city and the district filed a Declaration of readiness about’object to the operation, however, the contract of equity participation (contribution) of the customer (legal, individual) in the creation of the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the town (village) urban (rural) Council is not entered into in violation of the requirements of the Law.
