7 June 2017 at a meeting of the MPC members decided to start work Qualification and disciplinary Commission of prosecutors in the manner and in accordance with the competence defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Prosecutor's office” and the regulations on the operation of the Qualification and disciplinary Commission of prosecutors, adopted by the all-Ukrainian conference of prosecutors on 27 April 2017. Reference: the State Registrar may 25, 2017, the decision on the state registration of the Qualification and disciplinary Commission of prosecutors as a legal entity (vul. Melnikov, 81-b, Kiev, 04050). In accordance with the requirements of section 7 of part 8 of article 8-1, paragraph 6 of part 1 of article 9, paragraph 5 of part 1 of article 11 and paragraph 3 of part 1 of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prosecutor's office” heads of prosecution offices of all levels must inform the Qualifications and disciplinary Commission of public prosecutors on all available vacant or temporary vacant posts in the subordinate bodies of Prosecutor's office to ensure appropriate staffing for the selection of prosecutors on a competitive basis. Information about vacancies the heads of Prosecutor's offices of all levels shall send to the Qualification and disciplinary Commission of prosecutors within 10 days after the official release of information about the beginning of her work.
