In the Rivne region 6 criminal proceedings initiated Sarnenskiy local Prosecutor's office in cases of willful failure by the deputies of local councils of income declarations
Preventing and combating corruption remains one of the priorities of Sarny local Prosecutor's office. Prosecutors Sarny local Prosecutor's office has provided this year participated in the consideration by the courts of a number of protocols on administrative offences related to corruption, compiled by the specially authorized subject in the sphere (of the Department of protection of the economy in the Rivne region JO NP of Ukraine). According to the results of their review, 3 persons were brought to administrative responsibility applied to them administrative sanction in the form of fines. Held accountable – the President, the Deputy of the village Council, the law enforcement officer. So, Sarny district court 19.05.2017 to administrative responsibility in the form of fines involved a former police officer, which untimely filed electronically by the person authorized to perform state functions or local self-government and violated the requirements of article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption" and committed the offence of corruption under part 1 of article 172-6 of the Cao (violation of financial control requirements). In addition, the local Prosecutor employees of Management of protection of the economy in the Rivne region JO NP of Ukraine is composed of 4 of the Protocol on administrative offences related to corruption sent to court. The trial of these protocols is currently ongoing. Most of the violations concerned the budget sphere of land relations and other fields. In addition, this year Sarnenskiy local Prosecutor's office was 6 criminal proceedings under article 366-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine in cases of willful failure by the deputies of local councils of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local government. Pre-trial investigation in these industries is carried out by territorial bodies of police. Also in agreement with the Prosecutor to the investigating Sarny police Department reported suspicions to the Manager and chief engineer of one of the utilities.Sarny in the Commission of criminal corruption offences, namely the embezzlement of property by abuse of official person of official position and forgery (articles 191, 366 criminal code of Ukraine). Based on the collected during the pretrial investigation, the evidence established that as a result of committing forgery of official documents were squandered budgetary funds for a total amount of 144 thousand UAH during the procurement of crawler tractor and see, which was to be used for cleaning roads in winter. Currently, the criminal proceedings are conducted necessary investigative actions for the purpose of sending the indictment to the court. Jurassick Department Sarny local Prosecutor's office has sent to court the indictment against a resident of the city of Varash in fact the proposal and giving them undue advantage in the amount of 11 thousand UAH employee of the police (a criminal offense under part 1 of article 369 of the criminal code). The defendant now awaits sentencing. Using the powers stipulated in article 65 of the law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption", Sarnensky local Prosecutor's office from the beginning of 2017 4 made representations to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the Commission of offences related to corruption. Violation of anti-corruption legislation were revealed in the activities of the education departments of local state administrations and bodies of local self-government. By results of consideration of the heads of the agencies involved in the violations to a disciplinary compliance 2 officials, 2 more submissions pending. Work in this direction continues.
