The Vinnytsya Prosecutor's office has exposed and detained a police officer who illegally stored and distributed the drugs
In long term and professional work of officers of Department on investigation of criminal proceedings by investigators of the prosecution and the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, Department of security Service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region, Vinnytsia Department of homeland security and the National police of Ukraine and with the assistance of the Main Department of the National police in the region, within investigation of criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offenses provided by part 1 of article 307 and part 1 of article 309 criminal code of Ukraine, on Thursday, 15.06.2017, exposed and arrested at the scene of a senior district police officer of one of the police Main Department of the National police in the region for illegal sale of drugs. According to the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia region’Vyacheslav Sokolovaja, within investigation of criminal proceedings it is established that the militiaman, with the aim of providing statistical well-being and capacity indicators, bowed a third party to illegal acts under the sale of drugs to other persons. In addition, the private car, the officer illegally kept drugs. Specified by police in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine detained. Currently, there are reports of suspicion of that person in the Commission of criminal offenses under part 1 of article 307 and part 1 of article 309 criminal code of Ukraine, the petition for election measures of restraint and removal from office. In criminal proceedings carried out Prime investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about the’objective establishment of circumstances of criminal offences, including a number of inspections and searches, question witnesses. For the committed criminal offences punishable by a deprivation of liberty for a term of four to eight years.
