In Volyn region the judge,the suspect in making a knowingly unjust definition,evades criminal responsibility
Investigator of investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region in coordination with the procedural Prosecutor in criminal proceedings sent to the court a petition about establishment of term of acquaintance with materials of pre-trial investigation the suspect in making a knowingly unjust decision (a criminal offense under part 1 of article 375 of the criminal code) the judge of Lutsk city district court in Volyn region. Recall that by its decision the judge illegally released from-under guards wanted for committing a crime of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. 24 may 2017 Prosecutor's office completed pre-trial investigation in this criminal proceedings. Investigator on behalf of the procedural Prosecutor in accordance with the requirements of the criminal procedural legislation said the suspect is the judge of the preliminary investigation and on the need’to appear in the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region for familiarization with the materials of the pretrial investigation. The judge ignored this message. Further the investigator have repeatedly directed the judge of the agenda on the need’to be acquainted with the materials of criminal proceedings. However, violating the requirements of legislation, the judge, in order to evade criminal liability, on calls of the investigator does not respond, the Prosecutor's office not to s’is not providing any documents that would confirm the respectfulness of the reasons of no-show. At SV’connection with this the Prosecutor's office and sent to the court an application for establishing the suspect period of familiarization with the materials of production.
