Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Volyn take measures for compensation of damage to the forest resources due to illegal felling of trees. The decision of the Supreme economic court of Ukraine confirmed the claim of the Prosecutor of the Volyn region and left in force the decision courts of first instance and appeal, which satisfied the claim of Deputy Prosecutor of the region in the interests Polish village Council of the Kamen-Kashirsky district of the state enterprise of slap “Stone-Kashirskiy”. With the forestry companies will be charged 129 thousand UAH. the damage caused to the state due to the fact that the state forest guard has not provided protection of forests on the catchment area and unknown persons made the illegal felling of 60 trees within Policka forestry. The violations were identified during inspections of GP slap “Stone-Kashirskiy” Volyn regional management of forest and hunting economy. Now the forestry enterprise in the execution of court decisions has already paid 45 thousand UAH.
