Volyn: over the intervention of the Prosecutor's office in the property of the community of the village Kortelisy in Ratnasiri transferred land
On the implementation of the decision Ratestogo district court, which granted the petition of the Prosecutor's office, the community Cortelco village Council passed abandoned property – a land share (Pai) with an area of more than 4 conditional cadastral hectares and worth UAH 29 th. The Prosecutor's office appealed to court, having established during the development of the materials received from the state authorities and local self-government, the fact of non-use of the SEL measures for the registration of ownership of demarlo heritage (no one inherited after the death of the owner of the land plot) of a citizen that was mismanaged property more than 4 years. Now, thanks to prosecutorial intervention, the local authority was a right of communal ownership of the land and the village Council will be able to dispose of it, including to allocate land in the prescribed manner to citizens (among which were the participants of ATO) in ownership or use.
