And especially it concerns subsidy, which is allocated for infrastructure development of the United territorial community, co-financing on projects of national Regional development Fund and subventions for social and economic development of individual territories. "This year from the state budget to local budgets for the infrastructure of the United territorial community, we received a subvention of more than $ 115 million. This is a resource that allows the presidents of communities to improve conditions in the settlements of our region. However, inadmissible is the situation when these funds will not be used in full, and then will return back to the state budget. As you can see, the government is fulfilling its obligations to unified territorial communities. In turn, the head of GSS needs to perform obligations to the people who elected them," said Stepan Barna. At the same time, during interviews, discussed which projects to implement in accordance with co-financing by the State Regional development Fund. Since this year the Ministry of regional development have focused primarily on energy efficiency measures in schools and hospitals. Equally important, according to the head region, there is the work of the presidents of the United territorial communities with regards to filling local budgets, because now 60% of personal income tax remains in place. Therefore, as stressed by Stepan Barna, is to move in the direction of legalization of labor and raising the average wage. The same applies to funds that paid for the rent of land.
