In the Rivne region for failure to perform public work, the court sentenced the resident of Radivilova for 2 months of arrest
For the participation of workers Dubno local Prosecutor's office court considered the criminal proceedings on the prosecution of men who evaded the execution of the punishment assigned him by the sentence of the district court Radivilivskogo in the form of public works. The man was convicted of committing a crime under part 2 of article 125 of the criminal code of Ukraine (intentional slight bodily injury) and had according to the court-appointed punishment to practice social work duration of 200 hours. But during a pretrial investigation it is established, and during the trial of the indictment proved that the attacker, being briefed on the procedure and terms of punishment, evaded execution of the sentence of the court and had not worked 44 hours of community service. Sentence dubenskogo district court 43-the summer inhabitant of Radivilov convicted under part 2 of article 389 of the criminal code (evasion from serving public works by the person condemned to this punishment) punishment in the form of 2 months detention.
