The volynyanin suspected of anti-Ukrainian activities of
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region provides procedural guidance pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings about the distribution of 21-year-old resident of Lutsk materials, public calls for the violent seizure of state power and commit to action to change the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine. Such calls since February 2014 to July 2015, the young man extended with the specially created social network «Vkontakte» account. Now it is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offenses provided by h. h. 2, 3 of article 109, h h 1,2 article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
