Chernivtsi: a contest of social projects
the Contest of social projects of non-profit organizations of Chernivtsi will begin July 7, 2017. This decision was taken at a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Chernivtsi city Council. This year the volume of budget financing of the project will be 200 thousand UAH. Start of submission of projects – 9:00. July 7, 2017. Last day of submission of projects – 18:00 hours. July 28, 2017. Priority directions of the competition for 2017: 1. Preservation and promotion of cultural heritage, tourism development. 2. Development and streamlining of public space. 3. The development of youth policy, organization of leisure of children and youth, the development of scientific and creative abilities of youth. 4. Promotion of healthy lifestyle and Amateur sports. 5. The preservation of the urban environment, ecology, popularization of energy saving. 6. The development of social responsibility, promoting social integration of people with disabilities. 7. The development of local initiatives, involving the residents to participate in various forms of self-government, increase civic consciousness of members of a territorial community. General requirements for organizations can submit projects for consideration of the competitive Commission: – the organization must be a legal entity with nonprofit status; the scope of the organization should include the territory of Chernivtsi; – the date of Foundation of the organization prior to submitting its project for the competition must be at least one year; the scope of the organization should correspond to the priorities of the call; – the organization must not have debts on payment for premises and utilities for the previous reporting period. To participate in the competition of non-profit organizations need to apply for registration of the tender Commission following documents: Registration card of the project, outlined in the Ukrainian language and executed in accordance with the requirements of the competition Regulations, and the electronic version of the registration card; A copy of the certificate on the state registration of the nonprofit organization; Copy of certificate of registration of the organization in the register of non-profit organizations; Letters of recommendation (optional); Information about the organization and its major achievements up to 2 printed pages; The documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, postanowienia seal. When planning events, organizations should keep the following in mind. Commencement of project activities – August 7, 2017. The end of project activities – December 31, 2017. Organizations have 10 days on the results of the project and reporting.
