Chernivtsi: the Legalization of wages does not lose relevance
In the current conditions remains an important theme of the fight against payment of wages in "envelopes", the implementation of guarantees of remuneration and the organisation of events to prevent occurrence of arrears of wages. Failure to pay taxes and contributions on shadow income country annually loses billions of hryvnias of the income in state and local budgets, Pension Fund of Ukraine and other institutions, and workers remain without adequate social protection and adequate pensions in the future. Unfortunately, the majority of workers sometimes knowingly agree to the proposal of the employers to obtain an official (usually the minimum) wage, and the rest in the form of so-called surcharges – unofficially (the amount of which significantly exceeds the minimum). With a large number of employers do not sign employment contracts in order to minimize the costs incurred. Employees who receive a salary "in envelopes" are the hostages themselves, after all, receiving an illegal fee as a result of the agreement with the employer, they deprive themselves of social benefits and guarantees, and therefore stable and secured future. Given this, increases the responsibility of employers for violations of labour legislation, namely, for the admission of the employee to work without concluding an employment contract (contract), registration of the employee on part-time work in case of performance of a full working time set for the enterprise; payment of wages without calculation and payment of single social contribution; violation of established by the legislation of minimum state social guarantees and payment of wages; illegal dismissal of an employee; exclusion inspection on compliance with labor laws, the creation of obstacles in its implementation. Dear employers! Once again we urge You not to pricate their employees on a meager social guarantees in the future! Adhere to the requirements of the labor legislation. Dear workers!
