may 1, 2017 a portion of the unused amount of the subsidy for reimbursement for payment of services for gas and electricity for heating, that in equivalent does not exceed the cost (as of may 1, the new summer season) 100 cubic meters of natural gas or the cost of the 150 kW•h of electricity (in the case of the use of natural gas/electric energy for individual heating), shall be transferred to the account of the recipient of the subsidy in the Bank or paid through the post office’communications PJSC “post”. To obtain funds to them before 1 September of the current year to submit to management of social policy of the city Council a statement of the specified sample (attached).
