Special conditions apply for children of participants ATO, in particular, to priority enrollment to higher education institutions and the funded place of learning. "For this, they should enter a contract and when possible, they can be transferred to the budget. But children killed in the ATO have an indisputable right to a place at the expense of the state order. Their task is only to enter higher education, it is necessary to pass the EIT.
