Yuri yurika: Contemporary events shaped the new state,a new story and new Characters
In Zarvanytsya took place seminar for teachers from the city of Lisichansk and frontline settlements of the Luhansk region "Social service. Methods of overcoming of aggression". The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Ternopol regional state administration Yury Eureka. The seminar, which lasted from 7 to 12 July, was organized by Ternopil-Zborovskaya Archdiocese of the UGCC in cooperation with the Department of family and youth of Ternopil regional state administration. The seminar participants discussed the issues of nonviolent communication and ways of overcoming aggression between people. According to Yuri Eureka, the recent events in Ukraine have demonstrated how society is updated during major mass uprisings, when people come together and speak about those problems which require immediate solutions. "If we analyze the socio-economic processes in our region, we see significant changes in terms of carrying out of systemic reforms. In particular, large changes occur due to the decentralization reform. In the region there are 36 consolidated territorial communities, which are almost decide for themselves how to develop and how to build a budget. Therefore, from year to year we see more budgets of territorial communities. To their budgets are also being undertaken public investment, which is now invested in community development. Thus, in the past year in the region was formed, designed and implemented 350 projects, of which about 40% – in education, 35% – medical industry, construction of sewage treatment plants", - summed up Yuriy Yura. He also stressed that all the processes that occur in the country, in particular in terms of reforms, raise the General tone of society. In his view, modern developments have formed a new state, a new story and new Characters who bring the entire country together. During the seminar the participants had the opportunity to visit interesting places of the region and got acquainted with its cultural heritage.
