In addition, 13.07.2017 another official control of the patrol police Vinnitsa is declared suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine, Vinnytsia city and Vinnytsia oblast court sent the petition for election measures of restraint in form of detention and his removal from office. At present, on the specified fact the criminal proceedings are conducted investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about’objectively establishing the circumstances of the criminal offense. For the committed criminal offense provided for punishment by deprivation of liberty for a term of n’five to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property.
