Tacso local Prosecutor's office agreed the message on suspicion resident of Rakhiv district, in the Commission of illegal sale of psychotropic substances, and the investigative judge of the Rakhiv district court applied to the suspect the measure of restraint in form of detention. The head of the local Prosecutor's office Tyachiv Stepan Zhovnir reported that during implementation, as agreed to by the Prosecutor, operatively-search actions, operatives revealed citizen L. in the illegal sale of a crystalline substance that contains amphetamine - psychotropic substance, circulation of which is limited. Information on this fact brought in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 2 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine (illegal production, production, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sales of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues) and after meeting the necessary evidence to prove the guilt of the suspect is sent to court the petition for application to it of such measure of restraint. Pre-trial investigation is currently ongoing.
