Officer of the Regional Department of the state property Fund in the Volyn region exposed to receive $ 500 illegal benefit.
Under the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region, regional police investigators and operative workers of Department of protection of the economy in the Volyn region Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine July 14, 2017 exposed head of Department of Regional Department of the state property Fund in Volyn region during receiving part of the previously agreed improper benefits in the amount of $ 500. Illegal benefit by the official demanded and received for assistance in granting in rent of the state property at a low valuation. Only solution to this issue, he demanded $ 1,000. The question on a message to him about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine which sanction provides till 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property. Investigations are continuing. Checked the involvement of the management of the Fund to corrupt practices.
