the results of the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings concerning the illegal acquisition and storage with a sales objective of especially dangerous narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and the illicit transfer (distribution) of these substances to places of imprisonment, the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region 18.07.2017 officer of one of the penal institutions it is declared suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 2 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine. During the investigation established that the employee of law enforcement body within a period of time with 11.05.2017 for 13.05.2017 illegally acquired, kept and moved to market and sold especially dangerous narcotic drugs, turnover of which is prohibited – cannabis and methadone and psychotropic substance, circulation of which is limited – amphetamine, the protected area agencies of corrections, than has committed a crime in the sphere of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs. Now on the specified fact the criminal proceedings are conducted investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about’objectively establishing the circumstances of the criminal offense and rapid completion of the pretrial investigation. For the committed criminal offence punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term from six to ten years with confiscation of property.
