Ternopil: the Cup area paintball,dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the UPA,was won by the team of Shumsky district
23 July 2017 in a forest near the village Bykivtsi Shumsky district held a paintball tournament "Cup of Ternopil region paintball, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the UPA". The event was organized by the Department of family and youth of regional state administration jointly with the Department of education, youth and sports of the Shumsky district administration. The tournament was attended by 21 teams from the districts. In particular, there were teams from Ternopil, Ternopilska, Lanovetsky, Kremenets, Pidvolochysk, Zbarazh, Zboriv, Terebovlia and Shumsky areas. As well as participating in the tournament were teams from neighboring Khmelnitsky region, representatives of public organizations "Youth nationalist Congress", "Falcon", "Plast", "Azov", the team of Ternopil city Council, Ternopil regional state administration and the Shumsky district administration. The result of the tournament was won by the team of Shumsky district "Kostolom". Second place went to the team of Shumsky district "Tornado". And the third place was occupied by Kremenetskaya team "Legion". Participants of competitions were congratulated by the Chairman of the Shumsky district administration Yury Golovatyuk, Chairman Shumsky regional Council Taras Korec and head of the Department of family and youth of Ternopil regional state administration Igor Black.
