During this time in the region, according to the latest information, joined the program 260 of pharmacy issued 188 thousand recipes for the sum of 4,6 million UAH. This became known during a meeting the next Board of Ternopil regional state administration. As noted by the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna, these figures are among the best in Ukraine. However, after all, according to the head region, it is necessary to increase the number of pharmacies that will be involved in this program. After all, in order to compensate for the difference for the purchase of medicines there is a sufficient resource. "The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on the program "Affordable medicine" in the Ternopil region has been allocated 13.7 million UAH. Thus, we need to make every effort to ensure that patients with cardiovascular disease, type II diabetes and asthma could improve their health through the action of the Government programmes and were able to get medicines free or with small surcharge," said Stepan Barna.
