In Volyn region Prosecutor's office will demand more severe punishment for the culprit of the fatal accident
Volyn region Prosecutor's office is appealing the appeal verdict Ratestogo district court in criminal proceedings on violation of 36-year-old resident of the village Stara vyzhivka rules of traffic safety, entailed death of several persons. On the night of 27 April 2015, being behind the wheel of the car "Toyota Corolla" the man was moving on the highway with the message “domanove-Kovel” in the village Vitanica Ratestogo district faced the scooter which moved in the passing direction. In result of road accident 26-the summer driver of the scooter and his 23-year-old passenger were killed. The court found the driver guilty of a criminal offense under part 3 St. 286 criminal code of Ukraine, and appointed to it punishment in the form of 8 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right of management by vehicles for 3 years.
