Vehicle the offender was ordered at its discretion, having them at prices far below market. – For committing criminal offense under part 2 St. 289 criminal code of Ukraine (an illegal taking the vehicle made repeatedly), the court the accused was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment without confiscation of property, - said the state Prosecutor, head of the Department of Sarny Rokytnivskiy the local Prosecutor's office, Taras Kulish. – Stolen vehicle found and returned to its rightful owner. Besides, the court sentence the defendant sentenced to 3 months of arrest under article 395 of the criminal code of Ukraine for leaving the place of residence with the purpose of evasion of administrative supervision, as well as a no-show without valid reasons at a certain time to Rokytnivskiy police Department. However, the specified punishment in accordance with the requirements of part 1 of article 70 of the criminal code of Ukraine fully absorbed by a more severe penalty of deprivation of liberty. Currently, a guilty verdict is not entered into legal force and participants in court proceedings have the right to appeal to the appeal within the period prescribed by law.
