Zhytomyr region plan to raise the level of energy efficiency, using new approaches in the field of bioenergy, in particular, growing energy willow. Appropriate changes to the action plan for 2018-2020 as part of the Strategy of development of the region approved the deputies during the last session of regional Council March 7. — "In the Zhytomyr region is constantly increasing the level of efficiency, we find some new approaches. Changes in the regional development Strategy is necessary in order to allow investors in the region to engage in the production of biofuels.
