Chernigov is working on a strategy for the development of small and medium business
Representatives of the Chernihiv city Council and public organizations of businessmen of the city on 3 April took part in the fourth Module of the "Programme for the development and implementation of regional strategic documents aimed at development of small and medium entrepreneurship". The programme is implemented in cooperation with the project FORBIZ initiative EU4BUSINESS, the EU funding. This is the second phase of the project FORBIZ, that is, the working groups proceeded to develop Plans of actions for implementation of documents related to the formation of projects and programs for SME development. On this day the participants of the seminar talked about how to improve competitiveness and to develop a network of support for small and medium-sized businesses. The coordinators of the working groups (representatives of authorities and business community), created at the level of Chernihiv oblast, cities of Chernihiv and Nizhyn, presented the strategic priorities and list of tasks — the potential spheres of projects implementation.
