In Chernihiv monuments and memorials transferred to the Department of culture and tourism of the city Council
April 4 at the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Chernihiv city Council adopted a decision on the transfer of the monuments and memorials of the operational management of housing and communal services of the city Council in the operational management of culture and tourism of Chernihiv city Council. The transfer stems from the fact that our team work is envisaged for the functions of that office. According to the Law of Ukraine "On the protection of cultural heritage", cultural heritage protection includes a system of measures on accounting (identification, scientific study, classification, state registration), to prevent damage or harm and ensure the protection, preservation, maintenance, appropriate use, conservation, restoration, repair, rehabilitation, adaptation and museumification of cultural heritage and conduct activities in the field of monument protection works.
