Transcarpathia: irshavschiny driver crashed into concrete - two passengers were killed and four injured
in the Morning of 26 December in Irshava district a company of 7 young people got in an accident. The driver of the car lost control, drove into a ditch and collided with a concrete fence. As a result, two passengers died and four more injured. The driver was detained. On December 26 at 4.30 an hour. by the line "102" received a message from the paramedic ambulance, which they left on accident in the village of Brod, Irshava district. There are victims. As it turned out, a group of young people vacationing in the neighborhood and came home a bit tipsy, drunk and he was 22-the summer driver of the car. Newphrases with the office, the driver drove into a ditch where crashed into a concrete fence. An examination showed that the driver was in an alcohol intoxication (2.0 ppm). As a result "drunk" road accident, two young men, passengers of the vehicle (24 and 31 years) were killed on the spot. Four passengers are injured. Among them juveniles and 16-year-old girl. The driver is detained according to article 208 of the criminal procedure (Detention by an authorized officer). Opened criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (Violation of safety rules of the road, which led to the death of several persons).
