01 January at 23:20 the emergency services number "101" the message arrived that in the city of Rivne Kostroma on the street happened dorozhno-transport incident to participation of two cars. At the scene immediately went on duty lifeguards offices pozharno-saving part abnormally-saving group of a special purpose, as well as operational coordination centre GU DSNs in Rivne region. On arrival on scene it was established that as a result of collision of two vehicles "Toyota" and "VAZ" the car "VAZ" died at the accident scene. To get a body of the lost driver, the staff of Civil service on emergency situations had to cut the deformed car using hydraulic tools. There were involved 4 employees of gschs and 2 units of special equipment, release of the drivers body from the twisted car took 15 minutes.
