In Khmelnytsky oblast rescuers told the fishermen the basic rules of conduct on the ice

The main objective of these road checks – to remind and to tell fishermen the rules of conduct on the ice to protect them from harm. During the RAID the employees of gschs held with the fishermen training and handed pam’trays with security measures on the water. Quite a shame that vigilance is dulled by the abundance of fishermen adopted the "hot drinks", and each of them are not insured against accidents and at any time can become a hostage to his dangerous hobby.
