Among the main reasons that prevent Ukraine from becoming a strong and successful state, Klimenko indicated total incompetence of the government and corruption. "Is there power in Ukraine? It is absent! State institutions do not trust anyone - from a plumber to a public servant," said the politician. To build a strong state, a strong and successful Ukraine, says Klimenko, first of all, it is necessary to increase the authority of the Executive power through the election of regional representatives on the ground. Secondly, it is judicial reform with the actual election of judges, their independence from the President and the Parliament. Third, is the tax reform, aimed at supporting the business, not its destruction." "Our programme of reforms aimed at raising living standards, creating a competitive system of education, accessibility and quality of health services for citizens, conservation and enhancement of our cultural heritage.
