In Vinnytsia oblast, 1 January starts the Declaration campaign – 2016
Main Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region is reminiscent of the beginning of the campaign declaring of incomes, received in 2015. Current income and property status of citizens will need to report on the new form Declaration of property and income (hereinafter – the Declaration), approved by order of the Ministry of Finance on 02.10.2015 No. 859 and registered in Ministry of justice 26.10.2015 No. 1298/27743. Additionally, the order # 859 contains the Instructions for its completion. You should note that when filling out new reporting forms payers will have to declare income and calculate the tax liability not only under the tax to incomes of physical persons, but also with military duty. Recall that the obligation to submit the Declaration on property status and income received in the year 2015, are provided for those citizens who have received taxable income but which the tax is not kept. In particular, such income could include: - income from persons who are not tax agents; - income from operations on sale (exchange) of movable and/or immovable property; - income from the provision of property leasing, lease (sublease), residential lease (the sublease); - investment profit; - the value of inherited or donated property; - foreign income. Also, mandatory Declaration in case of receiving a citizen's income in the form of salary, other incentive and compensation payments or other payments and remuneration from two or more tax agents and the like. Tax return for 2015 is available until may 1, 2016. Concerning the right to a tax credit, to citizens throughout 2016. Please note that it is possible to file a tax return on paper, send by mail with return receipt and list of enclosures or in electronic form through the information portal of the state fiscal service of Ukraine in accordance with the condition on registration of an electronic signature. Additionally, on the official web-portal of the SFS of Ukraine www.sfs.gov.ua taxpayers have the opportunity to use the electronic service "Declaring and using on-line" or electronic service "Electronic office of taxpayer" with detailed instructions and tips to fill in the Declaration form with the required attachments and send the document online.
