The birth certificate was presented by the head of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region Yuri Krugel. Note that the winery is among the regional centers of Ukraine, where since 30 October 2015 introduces a new form of providing services in the field of state registration of acts of civil status — the issuance of the birth certificate of the child directly to the office of the hospital within 24 hours. The procedure of office work is very simple: the mother, the child's father serves to the office of medical birth certificate of the child, the parents ' passports and marriage certificate, and in a day they are given in the hospital certificate of birth of the child.
