In road accident in Khmelnytsky oblast seriously injured 72-year-old pensioner
The victim was diagnosed with a fracture of the right hip and six ribs. Now the woman is in intensive care. A traffic accident happened yesterday, January 4, at about 13.00 in the village of New Village of Iziaslav region. 42-the summer local resident, moving back on the car "Renault Trafic", didn't consider a road situation and hit on 72-the summer pensioner. After road accident Commission the driver of the car took away the victim of Iziaslav Central regional hospital and reported the accident to the local police station. Now the car is on a shtrafploshchadka. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 1 article 286 "violation of the rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons which operate vehicles" of the Criminal code of Ukraine which sanction prescribes the maximum punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for a term up to 3 years.
