In the Volyn region, the rescuers are calling the clergy to the maximum implementation of safety rules during the Christmas services
5 January staff Vladimir-Volyn city Department IN DSNS Ukraine in the Volyn region organized a meeting with representatives of religious confessions of the city and held a seminar-training on fire safety to prevent fires in places of worship during the festive divine services. The representatives briefed the SSES on the state of fires, emergencies and tragic consequences on them, that has already happened in the area within a few days of 2016. During the meeting they also discussed the issue of fire protection of religious buildings and called on the clergy to conduct during worship rose’educate believers for observance of safety rules. The specialists of Service "101" carefully outlined the procedure for the use of primary fire extinguishing means, and demonstrated the fire extinguisher in action, focusing on the fact that this is the way to tame the fire in its early stages and prevent significant losses. At the end of the meeting employees of gschs were handed leaflets «About measures of fire safety in places of worship" for placement on Bulletin boards in churches.
