Under condition of formation of lake and river ice cover, increased the likelihood of injury and loss of life due to the neglect of safety rules during rest and ice fishing. Though in Khmelnytsk region in the new year hasn't happened yet tragedy, and it does not prevent the execution of preventative measures, ongoing the rescue, yet again, to explain both novice and experienced fishermen, their hobby is extremely dangerous.
