In Khmelnytsky region has analyzed the amendments to the regional budget for 2016
5 January was held a joint meeting of the permanent commissions, on which the deputies reviewed the draft decision "On amendments to the regional budget for 2016". In the work of the standing committees was attended by first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Vasyl Protsyuk, Chairman of regional Council Mikhail Country. During the meeting, the members of the Commission considered issues of legality, combating corruption, regulation, issues, parliamentary activities and local self-government, economic development, industry, enterprise, energy, transport and communications, construction, housing and utilities, investment policy, natural resources and environment, agriculture, food and land relations. Also discussed issues of budget and Finance, health, labour and social protection of population, education, science, culture, youth policy, sports and tourism and the issues of decentralization, regional development and municipal property. The amendments to the regional budget due to the need to bring it into compliance with the adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 25 December 2015 of the law of Ukraine "On State budget of Ukraine for 2016" and compliance with the requirements of part 2 of article 77 of the Budget code of Ukraine, which provides that within two weeks from the date of official publication of the law on State budget of Ukraine relevant local Council cites the volumes of interbudget transfers in accordance with the law on State budget of Ukraine.
