In Khmelnytsky oblast rescuers roses'explain to citizens the rules of safe behavior on the ice
January 5, for the purpose of checking compliance with the safety on water bodies, experts Derajnenska district sector held a rose’explanatory work among citizens who go on the ice, and fishermen in winter fishing.
