Since the beginning of January by fires in Ukraine killed 55 people
Daily divisions of gschs of Ukraine liquidated hundreds of fires throughout the country, most of which occurs in the residential sector. Usually their reason is people who neglect elementary rules of fire and, primarily, their own safety. Only during the January 5 fires in Ukraine, 18 people were killed. Since the beginning of the year (1-5 January) as a result of the fire killed 55 people and injured – 27. Especially increases the number of fires lower air temperatures when heating private dwellings, country houses people use home-made or not certified heaters, overloading the power grid. That is why the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations warns citizens to take care of proper fire safety condition of private premises to observe the rules of fire safety in the home: -don't smoke in bed; -use for heating only certified heaters; -check the condition and serviceability of the network; -observe the fire safety rules when using individual heating systems and stoves; - do not leave unattended in case of exit from premises included in electromedical appliances, TVs, irons and the like; - try to avoid overload of electric networks, do not turn on at the same time domestic consumers of high power. For adults, pam’to remember that the safety of children depends on their upbringing and conscious attitude to basic rules of fire safety. Do not leave children unattended, keep matches and lighters out of the reach of kids places, tell them about the dangers posed by fire! Almost every fire can be prevented! To do this, be sure to discuss in the family not only measures to prevent a fire, but the order of actions in case of its occurrence: method of calling fire and rescue service, the evacuation of children, the fire at the initial stage, safe routes of exit from the premises.
